HubSpot Custom NavBar
Take control of your HubSpot sidebar. Hide menus you don’t use, rename items to match your workflow, and reorder everything to your preference.
The Problem
Section titled “The Problem”HubSpot’s sidebar shows every feature, even ones you never use. This creates visual clutter and slows down navigation to the tools you actually need.
The Solution
Section titled “The Solution”Custom NavBar lets you personalize the HubSpot sidebar:
- Hide menus and items you don’t use
- Rename items to match your team’s terminology
- Reorder menus to prioritize what matters most
Features
Section titled “Features”Hide Menus
Section titled “Hide Menus”Click the eye icon next to any menu or item to hide it. Perfect for removing sections like Marketing or Service if your role doesn’t use them.
Rename Items
Section titled “Rename Items”Double-click any menu item to give it a custom name. Rename “Contacts” to “Leads” or “Companies” to “Accounts” - whatever makes sense for your workflow.
Reorder Navigation
Section titled “Reorder Navigation”Drag and drop menus to change their order. Put your most-used sections at the top for faster access.
Per-Portal Settings
Section titled “Per-Portal Settings”Your customizations are saved per HubSpot portal, so you can have different layouts for different accounts.
How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
- Open any HubSpot page
- Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
- Use the popup to customize your sidebar:
- Toggle visibility with the eye icons
- Click item names to rename them
- Drag items to reorder
Your changes apply immediately and persist across sessions.
Reset to Default
Section titled “Reset to Default”To restore the original HubSpot navigation:
- Click the extension icon
- Click Reset to Default
- Refresh the page
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”This extension only runs on HubSpot pages. Your customization preferences are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to external servers.
