Terms of Service for Auto Association Pro

Welcome to Auto Association Pro! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Auto Association Pro (“the App”), a HubSpot-connected tool developed by Daeda Tech. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Compliance with HubSpot Terms

By using Auto Association Pro, you agree to adhere to HubSpot's Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Violations of HubSpot's policies or these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts, unless otherwise dictated by applicable laws.

3. Permissible Use

You must not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfering with the performance or integrity of Auto Association Pro or related infrastructure.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only the data required to operate the App, such as your email address and HubSpot Portal ID. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Integration with Third-Party Services

Auto Association Pro relies on HubSpot’s API and may interface with other services as needed. While we strive for uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee the availability or performance of third-party APIs or HubSpot platform services.

6. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Subscriptions
Pricing is based on subscription plans, which may include usage-based limitations (e.g. number of associations).

Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

Downgrades and Cancellations
Downgrading or canceling your subscription may impact functionality, particularly if usage exceeds free tier limits or you lose access to premium features.

7. Service Availability and Liability

While we strive for high availability, Auto Association Pro is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any resulting damages.

8. HubSpot API Conflicts

If changes or conflicts with the HubSpot API occur, we will work to restore compatibility promptly. We will notify users of major disruptions.

9. Responsible Use

You agree to use Auto Association Pro responsibly and not to misuse it in any way that could harm users, systems, or third parties.

10. Authorization for Access

By using the App, you confirm you are authorized to grant access to your HubSpot account and data, including performing associations between records.

11. Support and Feature Requests

Support
We aim to respond to support requests within five business days.

Feature Requests
We welcome feature suggestions. Implemented features may be provided at no cost or may incur a fee, depending on scope. All implemented features become the property of Daeda Tech.

12. Updates and Notifications

We will notify users of major updates, feature changes, or policy adjustments via email.

13. Suspension and Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to Auto Association Pro. If your HubSpot account is suspended, your access to the App may also be restricted.

14. Data Retention

If you uninstall the App, we may retain your data unless you explicitly request deletion. To request data removal, email us at contact@daeda.tech.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue, please reach out to us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to applicable law and legal processes in the UK.

16. Ownership of Outputs

You retain full ownership of all outputs (e.g. created associations) generated through your use of Auto Association Pro.
