Welcome to Daeda Sales Tracker ("App"), a service provided by Daeda Technologies LTD ("Daeda Tech", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. 1. Description of Service

Daeda Sales Tracker is a Shopify application that automatically syncs your store's performance metrics to Google Sheets at your specified intervals. The App is designed to provide merchants with organized daily tracking of sales metrics.

1. 2. Account Registration and Requirements
   • Have a valid Shopify store
   • Provide accurate information during the installation process
   • Authorize the App to access necessary data from your Shopify store
   • Grant the App permission to connect to your Google Sheets account

To use the App, you must:

   • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
   • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
   • We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice
   • Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with Shopify's refund policies

Subscription details, pricing, and payment terms will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. By subscribing to our App:

   • Maintain the security of your account credentials
   • Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

   • We are not responsible for issues caused by Shopify or Google
   • We reserve the right to modify features or functionality with reasonable notice

We strive to ensure the App is available and functioning at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support and resolve issues in a timely manner, but:

   • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the previous six months
