Most people don’t want to spend hours digging through community threads to find out if HubSpot supports auto-enrolling contacts into a sequence (it doesn’t), or how to stop Meta from overwriting contact data (it's messy).
So we built a GPT that already knows.
It’s called Sales and CRM for HubSpotters, and in less than a week it’s already handled 40+ conversations.
We scraped thousands of real questions from the HubSpot Sales & CRM forums, cleaned them up, structured the answers, and trained a GPT to answer them. Not hallucinate. Not make stuff up. Just tell you what works - based on what other users, HubSpot support threads, and community experts have already figured out.
It’s like a smart intern who already read the entire HubSpot community, remembers it all, and answers instantly.
(And doesn’t complain)
When we scraped the forums, one thing became obvious: most users aren’t chasing advanced attribution models or custom-coded rollups.
They’re trying to solve real, everyday stuff like:
Just good-old RevOps headaches that repeat over and over.
So that’s what we taught the GPT to solve.
If you’re building, selling, or fixing stuff inside HubSpot, this GPT might save you a few headaches.
🔗 Try the GPT
We spend a lot of time in HubSpot’s forums, fixing problems, testing solutions, helping others. Eventually, the same questions started coming up again and again.
So instead of answering them one by one, we figured: why not turn it into a tool?
We gave the knowledge structure, let GPT do the talking, and shipped it over a weekend.
A few days in, it had already hit 30 chats. At the time of writing? Over 40.
This one’s focused on Sales & CRM, but it’s just the beginning.
We’re planning to build out GPTs for every major area of HubSpot:
Each one will pull from real conversations and community answers, so the info is actually useful. And if something’s missing? Ping us - we’ll add it.
