Auto Associations Pro - Setup

Auto Associations Pro is a background automation tool that creates associations between CRM records based on rules you define. Set your rules once, and every new association follows them automatically.

What it does: Automatically associates records across your HubSpot CRM based on intelligent rules and filters.

When to use it: When you need records to automatically connect based on relationships - like associating emails to deals through contacts, or linking activities to all related companies.

Business value: Eliminates manual association work, ensures data connectivity across your CRM, and maintains clean relationship structures automatically.

  • For portals with up to 10,000 objects
  • All features included
  • For portals with up to 100,000 objects
  • All features included
  • For portals with up to 1,000,000 objects
  • All features included

Auto Associations Pro uses webhooks to monitor your HubSpot portal for new associations. When a record gets associated (like a contact to a company), the app checks if any of your rules match this trigger. If they do, it automatically creates the additional associations you’ve defined.

For example:

  1. An email gets associated to a contact (trigger)
  2. Your rule says “Associate emails from contacts to all associated companies”
  3. The app finds all companies associated with that contact
  4. It automatically associates the email to those companies

All of this happens in the background, so associations are there when you need them.
